But survival is only half the battle. As the group fights to stay alive, a far darker truth begins to surface. Their presence in these woods was not an accident. They were placed here deliberately, chosen as subjects in an operation that reaches far beyond the tree line — all the way to the special forces units whose classified programs have never been made public.

The Goocher is part alien horror, part government conspiracy thriller — a found footage nightmare that refuses to stay in any single genre. The creature is real. The conspiracy is real. And the six strangers who entered these woods were never meant to leave them.
