For their final episode, they go straight at the source: a blood ritual said to summon something ancient. It works.

What answers isn't the ghost story they were hoping to expose as a hoax — it's a primordial entity with a will of its own, and it doesn't stay contained to the ritual circle. Night after night, the presence bleeds further into the trio's everyday lives, warping their relationships, their judgment, and their grip on what's real, until debunking the legend is no longer the point. Survival is. With the entity closing in and no way to undo what they've started, the three filmmakers are left with one choice: submit to its will, or die trying not to.
